Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Asadbek Agent (the "Service"), provided by asadbekragent (sole trader Asadbek Ravshanbekov). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Asadbek Agent is a browser-based voice and chat AI assistant that answers questions in Russian, English and Uzbek, reads answers aloud, analyses images you upload, and opens websites or web apps in a new browser tab. Using the Service means you accept this policy.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service, or allow anyone else to use your account, to:

• break any applicable law, regulation or sanctions regime;
• commit fraud, phishing, scams, spam or bulk unsolicited messaging;
• impersonate another person, business or public authority;
• infringe intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy rights of others;
• upload, request or distribute malware, ransomware, exploits or instructions for building weapons, explosives or illegal drugs;
• attack the Service or third-party systems — including probing, port or vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service, credential stuffing, unauthorised access, or automated scraping;
• circumvent technical limits, usage quotas, free-plan mission limits, paywalls, rate limits or moderation filters, including by creating multiple accounts;
• reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, its prompts or its underlying AI models;
• use the Service in safety-critical settings (medical, legal, financial, transport or emergency decisions) without qualified human review.

Device control and authorization

The Service runs inside your web browser. It can only open websites, web apps and app deep links that you explicitly ask for. It does not take remote control of your operating system, files or devices, and it must not be used to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or device. You are responsible for any command or link you choose to run.

2. Prohibited content

Do not submit prompts, images or files, or generate outputs, that contain:

• any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises children in any way;
• non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content depicting real identifiable people;
• hate speech, or harassment, threats, bullying or incitement to violence;
• deepfakes or synthetic voice/image content that impersonates real people or misleads about elections, health or public safety;
• self-harm, suicide or eating-disorder encouragement;
• personal data of other people (identity documents, payment card data, health records, credentials) submitted without a lawful basis and their consent.

3. Your responsibility for prompts, uploads and outputs

You are responsible for what you send to the Service and for how you use what it returns. You confirm you hold the rights needed for any text, image or file you upload, including custom background images used on paid plans. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated — verify anything important before relying on it or publishing it. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated filters and human review to enforce this policy. We may refuse or filter a request, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access without refund of the current period where the law allows — with the response proportionate to the severity of the violation. First-time minor violations usually receive a warning; serious violations (child sexual content, credible threats, attacks on our systems, fraud) lead to immediate termination. Where we are legally required, we report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. Repeated intellectual-property infringement leads to account termination.

5. Reporting abuse and appeals

Report abusive users, infringing content or security issues from the in-app report page or by email to support@asadbekaagent.lovable.app. Include the account or content details and what happened; we review reports and act on valid ones. If your account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, reply to our notice or write to support@asadbekaagent.lovable.app to appeal, and a human will review the decision.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as the Service and applicable law evolve; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Questions: support@asadbekaagent.lovable.app.
